Cancellation Policy
DJ Kiralama ve Rezervasyon Politikası REZERVASYON SÜRECİ 1) Web sitemizden ön rezervasyon yapılır. 2) Telefon görüşmesi ile detaylar netleştirilir. KESİN REZERVASYON 1) Sözleşme imzalanır ve %50 ön ödeme alınır. 2) Kalan ödeme etkinlikten en geç 1 iş günü sonra yapılır. İPTAL VE DEĞİŞİKLİKLER 1) Müşteri İptali: 30 gün öncesine kadar %50 ön ödeme iadesi. Daha sonra iade yapılmaz. 2) Tarih/Saat Değişiklikleri: En az 10 gün önceden talep edilmelidir. HİZMET KOŞULLARI ve ŞARTLAR 1) Sadece DJ ekipmanları (controller/setup) şirketimizce sağlanır ve kurulum etkinlikten 1 saat önce yapılır. 2) DJ ekipmanı dışında herhangi bir ekipman istenirse şirket ve müşteri arasında ayrı bir kiralama sözleşmesi yapacaktır. 3) Özel müzik talepleri sözleşme aşamasında belirtilmelidir. 4) DJ'nin yol, yemek ve konaklama masrafları müşteriye aittir. SORUMLULUKLAR 1) Müşteri: Mekan altyapısı ve izinlerden sorumludur. 2) Şirket: DJ'in zamanında etkinlikte bulunması ve kaliteli hizmet sunumu garanti edilir.
